Katherine Meek

"Slow Flow for stress relief instructor."

Katherine is drawn to the healing power of yoga.  She is a problem solver by nature, and is keen on developing wellness solutions involving movement and self expression.  A Marine veteran, Katherine understands first hand the effects of stress on the mind and body, and is eager to support those on a healing journey. 

When she is not teaching yoga, Katherine enjoys forest bathing, sprint workouts, reading and learning alongside her three young children.  

Katherine is a 200 hr RYT.  She has an additional 100 hr certification in trauma sensitive yoga, and a certification in applied polyvagal theory in therepeutic yoga.  She is currently pursuing a 100 hr certification in yoga for brain health.
